EXPAT MONEY TRIPS & TOURS
90 Days or More Before The Trip Starts
We will honour a full refund by written request to trips@ExpatMoney.com until 90 days before the event starts; after that, we cannot offer any refunds.
Less Than 90 Days Before The Trip
We cannot offer refunds; however, we can move your date depending on the purchased trip.
Panama Fly N’Buy—We would be happy to move your date to an upcoming Fly N’Buy within the next 12 months.
Expat Exploration & Investment Tour - We would be happy to move you to another date for the same tour or the following tour of a different country.
Please contact our trips coordinator directly at trips@ExpatMoney.com to change the date or destination of your tour.

We will honour a full refund by written request to trips@ExpatMoney.com until 90 days before the event starts; with less than 90 days, we cannot offer any refunds. This is due to the fact that we must pre-pay for all the food, alcohol, event hall, and staff, and we run very lean events. Please be responsible when purchasing your tickets.
EXPAT MONEY SUMMIT
We have a “try before you buy” option at our Free Ticket level at our Expat Money Summit online event. Due to that, we will have a strict no-refund policy on paid tickets.
BUSINESS, FIRST, AND PRIVATE CLIENT MEMBERSHIP
As a Business Class, First Class or Private Client known as the Client, you agree that the consulting firm operates on a value-based, flat-fee model and does not charge by the hour or on a results-dependent basis. The Client is purchasing access to the Consultant’s time, expertise, research, and international network, which has developed over many years of experience in this field.
As such, the Consulting Firm maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made, it is deemed earned in full and non-refundable, regardless of the Client’s use or non-use of the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
- A change in the Client’s circumstances;
- A decision not to act on the Consultant’s advice;
- Dissatisfaction with the legal or immigration options available in a given country;
- Unused meeting time or shortened engagement periods.
The Consulting Firm does not offer partial refunds for unused time or uncompleted phases of the engagement. The Client acknowledges that substantial value may be delivered in the early stages of the engagement and that results vary depending on personal decisions, legal frameworks, and external third parties over which the Consulting Firm has no control.
By engaging our services, the Client expressly waives any claim to a refund or reimbursement of fees paid.
