What Is Land Banking?

Land banking is the process of acquiring land in areas with significant long-term growth potential, holding that land as infrastructure, urban expansion, and development increase demand, and seeking to benefit from future appreciation.

In this case, the investment thesis is focused on Paraguay, specifically the growth potential around Nueva Asunción and the broader expansion taking place as infrastructure, bridges, highways, utilities, residential zones, and commercial development continue to reshape the region.

The thesis is simple: acquire strategically located land early, before broader demand and development push prices meaningfully higher.


Accredited Investor Eligibility

This presentation is restricted to accredited investors only.

In general, an accredited investor may include an individual who meets at least one of the following criteria:

  • A net worth over USD $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse or partner, excluding the value of the primary residence.
  • Annual income over USD $200,000 individually in each of the prior two years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.
  • Joint annual income over USD $300,000 with a spouse or partner in each of the prior two years, with a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level in the current year.
