Although often overshadowed by neighbouring Brazil, Paraguay has become an ultra-desirable destination for global citizens and international investors alike. Paraguay has emerged as a top Plan B destination as it boasts:

AT A GLANCE

  • The tour starts in Panama City, where we will have a nice dinner and get to know each other. 
  • Leave for Paraguay on day 2. We will all fly together and enjoy access to the airport lounge at Tocumen Airport in Panama City 
  • The flight is 6 hours from Panama to Asuncion, Paraguay

ITINERARY

  • Day 1 - Arrive in Panama no later than 4:00 pm. Dinner and drinks in Panama City, Panama, at one of my favorite restaurants.
  • Day 2 - Flight to Paraguay and transportation from Asuncion airport to the hotel. We are arriving in Asuncion around midnight. Check into the hotel and get a good night's sleep.
  • Day 3 - Introduction and general information about Paraguay. Visit the Museo del Barro and have dinner at one of the amazing restaurants in Asuncion.
  • Day 4 - Presentation on Nueva Asuncion with questions and answers. See Nueva Asuncion and then have dinner and drinks in town.
  • Day 5 - Presentation on Paraguay's laws, taxes, accounting and banking. Fly to Ciudad del Este from Asuncion, check into the hotel and enjoy dinner with friends.
  • Day 6 - Presentation on real estate project in Ciudad del Este, then visit the real estate. After lunch, visit Itaipu Dam, the world's largest functioning hydroelectric power plant. Enjoy dinner in the 2nd largest city in Paraguay.
  • Day 7 - Early morning drive to visit Brazil's magnificent Iguazu Falls National Park. Later in the afternoon, there will be time for a 1:1 conversation with all parties. Enjoy a fabulous dinner back in Ciudad del Este.
  • Day 8 - Enjoy breakfast, then fly back to Asuncion, check into our hotel and around 6:00 pm, enjoy an amazing authentic Asado with our own private chef and open bar. Watch a fantastic sunset from the 23rd floor overlooking Asuncion.
  • Day 9 - Free day in Asuncion to see the city. Get together for lunch and fly home today/tonight. Hotel included for anyone flying back late at night or early the following morning.

  • The accommodations, activities, and other inclusions and/or their order may change and/or be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and/or for any other reason we deem necessary. If this occurs, we will try our best to arrange similar accommodations, activities, and other inclusions.
  • It is your responsibility to purchase flight tickets with the option of a full refund in case, for any reason, you are not able to attend the trip or the trip is cancelled. Expat Money will not be held liable for any lost money from airlines.
  • Flights should arrive in Panama no later than 4:00 pm on Day 1.
  • Because flights leaving Asuncion for Panama are either 1:00 am or 5:40 am, many will decide to spend an extra day in the capital. You can leave Asuncion any time you would like on day 9. Please let me know if you will not require your hotel for the night or if late check-out will suffice.
