ITINERARY

  • Day 1 - Welcome to Colombia
    Arrive in Medellín and check in at our specially selected hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail party on the rooftop, where you’ll meet your fellow travellers and receive a warm orientation to the exciting week ahead—complete with stunning views of the city.
  • Day 2 - Business & Lifestyle Insights
    We begin with a private session at Medellín’s Executive Social Club, where Gutiérrez Group—the city’s leading multifamily office—will share invaluable insights on banking, legal structures, real estate, money transfer, taxation, and doing business in Colombia. After lunch at the club, we’ll head out for a guided walking tour of Manila, Medellín’s most vibrant up-and-coming neighbourhood, followed by a behind-the-scenes visit to The Cut, one of the city’s most innovative real estate developments.  Dinner will be hosted at a top-chef steakhouse renowned for its world-class cuisine.
  • Day 3 - Deep Dive into Real Estate
    This day is dedicated to Medellín’s real estate landscape. Hear from a seasoned professional broker with a market overview and top picks, followed by insights into the tourism market and rental strategies from a Property Management Team overseeing more than 200 properties. Wrap up with a session led by GG’s co-founder and Lead Project Developer, showcasing the best opportunities currently available. In the evening, we’ll gather for dinner at one of Latin America’s Top 50 restaurants, celebrated for its outstanding contemporary cuisine.
  • Day 4 - Into the Heart of Vichada
     Take a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Green Timber International’s reforestation and timberland site in the vast plains of Vichada. We’ll fly private and experience first-hand how sustainable forestry is shaping the future of investment. Spend the night surrounded by nature, with a special dinner under the stars.
  • Day 5 - Return to Medellín
    After breakfast, we will fly back to Medellín. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Comuna 13 Experience, a private tour led by local artists that showcases Medellín’s most famous open-air gallery of murals and street art, and tells the story of the city’s social transformation (weather permitting). Alternatively, we will have a Coffee Masterclass: Taste and learn about Colombia’s best single-origin coffees with expert baristas in one of Medellín’s most iconic cafés. 
  • Day 6 - Understanding Timberland Investing
    Presentations: Forestry in Colombia, the Present and Future Next Big Thing. The afternoon is reserved for one-on-one meetings with our speakers and presenters, providing you with an opportunity to discuss your personal goals and explore potential opportunities. In the evening, let’s celebrate with a farewell sunset dinner party at a renowned Spanish-Asian fusion restaurant boasting stunning panoramic views over Medellín.
  • Day 7 - Farewell, Colombia

    Time to say goodbye. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight, taking with you new friendships, insider knowledge, and unforgettable memories of Colombia.
