ITINERARY

This Expat Exploration & Investment Tour is designed to introduce you to the future of Colombia. Alongside a group of like-minded freedom-seekers, our itinerary is designed to give you an authentic, hands-on look at what’s happening on the ground.

  • Day 1 — Welcome to Colombia: Arrive in Medellín and check in at our specially selected hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome cocktail party on the rooftop, where you’ll meet your fellow travellers and receive a warm orientation to the exciting week ahead—complete with stunning views of the city.

  • Day 2 — Business & Lifestyle Insights: We begin with a private session at Medellín’s Campestre Club, where Gutiérrez Group—the city’s leading multifamily office—will offer an exclusive overview of Colombia's macroeconomic landscape and business environment. After lunch at the club, we’ll head out for a guided walking tour of Manila, Medellín’s most vibrant up-and-coming neighbourhood, followed by a behind-the-scenes visit to The Cut, one of the city’s most innovative real estate developments. Dinner will be hosted at a top-chef steakhouse renowned for its world-class cuisine.

  • Day 3 — Presentation on the Real Estate Market Overview and the best opportunities available, led by GG's co-founder and Lead Project Developer. To conclude the morning, we will travel through Vichada with an immersive video projected on the dome of Colegio La Ensenanza’s planetarium, allowing us to appreciate everything from the grandeur of the plantations to the most detailed aspects of our crops. In the evening, we’ll gather for dinner at one of Latin America’s Top 50 restaurants, celebrated for its outstanding contemporary cuisine.

  • Day 4 — Guatape, Colombia's hidden Gem: A little over 1.5 hours away from Medellin lies one of Colombia's most breathtaking destinations: Guatape, a colourfull lakeside town surrounded by emerald-green waters and rolling hills. In the afternoon, we will explore the region on a private boat ride across the lake, gliding past the iconic El Penol Rock and the lush islets scattered across the reservoir. As the sun sets, unwind at a specially selected boutique hotel and savor a sunset dinner that captures the essence of Colombia's natural beauty and the warmth of its people.

  • Day 5 — Enjoy Breakfast in the hotel then we’ll choose between a coffee tasting or Colombian fruits tasting. Midday return to Medellin. Fantastic dinner experience of Colombian Criolla cuisine.

  • Day 6 — Experience the unveiling of Alto 30, Gutierrez Group’s newest real estate development - an exclusive investment opportunity created in partnership with Expat Money. Lunch at Casa M, a local favourite just minutes away from Alto 30. One on one at the Country Club - an opportunity to discuss in detail personal goals to be developed in Colombia. Farewell dinner at Casa El Ramal, one of Medellin’s most charming culinary hideaways.

  • Day 7 — We’ll close the tour with a special, surprise keynote speaker who will share key insights on Medellin’s transformation toward innovation and Colombia’s path toward opportunity.
    Fly home anytime after 5 pm.
