Head of YouTube Content & Growth

Expat Money is looking for a world-class YouTube Content Producer, Editor & Strategist to lead the growth of our YouTube channel.
This is not just a video editing role. You will own the entire YouTube content process, from content strategy and ideation to scripting, editing, packaging, publishing, and performance optimization.
You'll help transform our expertise into compelling content that educates, inspires, and drives audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy.
- Generate content ideas, write and refine scripts, and produce engaging, high-retention videos.
- Edit long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
- Create or oversee thumbnails, titles, and video packaging to maximize click-through rates.
- Analyze channel performance and continuously optimize based on YouTube analytics and best practices.
- Build repeatable content series and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing one or more YouTube channels with measurable results.
- Strong video editing, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills.
- Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, audience retention, thumbnails, titles, and the recommendation algorithm.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership from concept to publication.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Entrepreneurial and freedom-minded.
- Digital nomad, expat, or someone who has lived internationally.
- Strong familiarity with offshore, international investing, tax optimization, second residency/citizenship, or expat living space.
- Passion for geopolitics, economics, and personal sovereignty.
