Client Intake Associate


About the Role

The Client Intake Associate supports the Sales Department by handling introductory and lower-tier sales activities, including orientation calls, tour discovery calls, follow-ups, and CRM management. The position is designed to reduce workload on senior sales staff while developing sales, communication, and CRM skills for advancement into a full sales role within 90-120 days.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct membership orientation calls and tour discovery calls, eventually taking on coaching and consulting calls
  • Send standardized follow-up emails and document notes in CRM
  • Manage basic CRM tagging, pipelines, and data accuracy
  • Support senior sales with scheduling, prep tasks, and lead follow-up (during onboarding period)
  • Participate in sales training, shadowing, and team meetings
Skills needed
  • Confidently handling low-revenue sales calls independently, eventually going into higher membership sales
  • Accurate and timely CRM updates
  • Constant and timely follow-up and communication
  • Demonstrated readiness for increased sales responsibility
