Euro Movers is happy to take up projects that deal with moving down the road, to another city or right across the globe. To ensure its clients’ relocation is a smooth experience, the company also offers carpenter, house cleaning and furniture repair services. What distinguishes this company from its competitors is that it specialises in handling fine arts and handicrafts. Its services are vast and diverse, including crating, shipment, customs clearance, delivery, and installation. Euro Movers also offers help with office removals and industrial packing.
With all the horror stories floating around town about furniture and frames getting damaged, I didn’t want to risk my art collection with an amateur relocation company. That’s where Euro Movers stepped into the picture and rescued the day. Although my experience with the company welcomed a few admin hiccups, I’d recommend them to fellow art collectors.
Upon visiting Euro Movers’ website, a chat bubble popped up with a live admin asking me how he could be of assistance. Companies that offer live chats don’t realise just how many brownie points this asset adds to their reputation. I asked to learn a little more about the company as the website didn’t appear to have a distinct About Us section. Sadly, my live admin offered minimal help. Not only did it take an unusually long time for him to reply, but he handed me the company’s telephone number instead. Let’s just say, I was pretty disappointed. Live chats are supposed to take the elbow grease out of having to call a company up, and this just failed in that department.
My experience with the actual packing crew was the opposite of that with the live admin. Euro Movers boasts major regional brands like Emirates, Hilton and the Kempinski in its portfolio. Clients like these aren’t won over unless exceptional service is on the table. I have a collection of art that needed rehoming, and they were delicately transported by Euro Movers. The packing crew arrived with specialised equipment specially designed to get the job done properly. They walked in smiling, asked the right questions that revealed their expertise, and got straight to work!
