I explained the situation in massive detail, and the company reverted to me with any additional questions that I forgot to mention. Upon providing the insurance company with an accurately filed insurance claim form and our airline tickets, the company went ahead and began processing the insurance payment. I didn’t find myself struggling with its claims department.

You have their complete and undivided attention when they’re speaking to you, and they go the extra mile to ensure you’re not left wandering in the dark.
